A true Hawaiian music legend, Led Kaapana is one of Hawaiʻi’s most acclaimed and beloved musicians. Renowned for his extraordinary mastery of slack key guitar, ukulele, and vocals, Led’s distinctive style blends traditional Hawaiian music with his own innovative flair, creating a sound that is instantly recognizable and deeply rooted in the islands.

Born and raised in the close-knit community of Kalapana on Hawaiʻi Island, Led learned music through family gatherings and backyard kanikapila sessions, developing the remarkable skills that would earn him multiple Nā Hōkū Hanohano Awards and international recognition. His lightning-fast fingers, improvisational brilliance, and heartfelt performances have captivated audiences worldwide for decades.
